Job description

Are you a student or recent graduate in HR or Business Administration looking to gain hands-on experience during your summer break? Join Codeless! We’re an international software company, and we’re looking for a motivated intern to support our office team in Iasi from June until October.

As Office Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Office Manager to keep everything in and around the office running smoothly. You’ll support various HR-related activities and assist in day-to-day operations for both management and employees.

Some of the activities and responsibilities you can expect:

  • Office management

    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, calendar management, and business correspondence.

    • Make sure that the office is a great, safe, and comfortable environment for all colleagues.

    • Help organize internal and external events.

    • Accommodate employees and partners in (international) travel.

    • Support management with wide-ranging tasks.

  • HR activities and administration

    • Plan the periodic health and security training with the external provider;

    • Provide support in the onboarding process, from administrative tasks up to welcoming new employees;

    • Manage and update HR systems for e.g. sick leave and holidays;

    • Monitor work schedules and booked hours;

    • Administrative HR support for the Office Manager and employees;

    • Arrange gifts and celebrations for employees.

Job requirements

We are in search of a new colleague who genuinely likes to help others and is eager to learn. You have a good understanding of administration and HR, which you learned during your studies, and want to expand on that knowledge.

  • You are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • You know your way around Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS services;

  • You can communicate well in English, we’re an international organization.

Furthermore, on a personal note:

  • You are a responsible and proactive person;

  • You like to plan and know how to prioritize tasks;

  • You have a keen eye for details.

  • Part-time contract of 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day;
